Fall is quickly approaching and I have some fun events
coming up I'd like to share with you!
I will be participating in several children's events
at the first annual Decatur Book Festival on the children's stage in front of
Little Shop of Stories
on Saturday, September 2nd,
including an illustrator's board with 2005 Caldecott winner, Chris Raschka!
The line-up for the entire festival is impressive and
there will be lots for the kids to do starting with a parade on Saturday and fireworks on Sunday.
This promises to be an amazing festival you won't want to miss!
Barnes & Noble Booksignings!
I will be at the Edgewood B&N (downtown Atlanta) on
September 9th at 11:00 am
and the
Northpoint B&N (Alpharetta) on
September 16th at 11:00 am
for the Pink Hat Party!
We'll read Glitter Girl and the Crazy Cheese, do drawing demonstrations,
and generally misbehave. Bring the little ones!
Imagine It! Children's Museum of Atlanta
on September 23rd at 12:00 pm
and do a demonstration drawing.
If your kids haven't experienced the museum yet,
it's an adventure just waiting to happen!
