MONDAY: MERBABY'S LULLABY!
My board book, MERBABY'S LULLABY, written by the fabulous Jane Yolen and published by Simon & Schuster's Little Simon imprint is now IN THE WORLD!!!! WOOHOOOOOO!!! I am so thrilled with the way it turned out, and the big thick pages make me so HAPPY!!! If you see it in the wild, will you please send me photos? I'm so excited!!!! SUNDAY: BIG NEWS! I am now a Professor at Winthrop University!
I have landed my dream job! I am now Associate Professor of Illustration at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina (just south of Charlotte, NC) beginning this fall - woohoo! So, my trip to Hollins this year will be via a one-way ticket. Wowsa, this is all happening so fast. I've loved Edinburgh, but the degree was to land the dream job, which I have! So, off to the next adventure! Oh, and GO EAGLES! CLICK HERE to see more photos of the gorgeous campus!

SATURDAY: My TEDx TALK Featured on Female First!
Wowsa! I was recently alerted that my TEDx TALK "Is Your Stuff Stopping You?" was featured on the Female First website under "Female First's top Tedx talks on minimalism"! Can you believe that my talk has been viewed by over 600,000 people??? That's closer to a million than not - amazing! Every now and then I go in and read the comments. Most are lovely, some are nasty, and some are just downright funny. I may have to do a follow-up talk one of these days. Hmmmm. I have original artwork for sale!
Just a reminder - I'm selling original artwork in MY ETSY STORE. Quite a few are still available, ranging in price from $250 to $500. They are exciting pen & ink or pencil drawings, at A4 dimension, offered as original unframed artwork, signed and with a certificate of authentication. Patreon contributors can download a PDF of the images for free!
