Ahoy, matees! It's Talk Like a Pirate Day!
I love this holiday. It hasn't been around very long, (you can read about how it started herrrrre) but it sure is fun.
How to celebrate? Well, add a whole bunch of "RRRRR's" to your speech and go play Adventure Golf at Pirate's Cove! If there's not one near you (there are so many!), how about coloring a pirate? (A bonus to Coloring Page Tuesdays!)

Just two days ago we celebrated our sons fifth birthday with a Pirate Party. I didn't know this day was coming, oherrrrwise we should have given the parrrrty today instead of wednesday!
I had to bring my mom to the orthopedic surgeon today for a check up, and he was having a tiresome day for sure, until I reminded him that it was
"Talk Like Pirate Day"... and he said he was going to rush to the phone after we finished and call his wife!
Arrrgh.
And this Sunday, Sept. 21 is International Peace Day.
ohh! talk like a pirate day! haha.. now this i will tell my son lol.. he luv pirates as much as i do lol 8) even more i guess..
