Illustration Friday: Emergency

I shared this with you under the "Capture" theme when it was still just a pencil sketch. Fully rendered, it becomes a true emergency!
Again, this is for Paco and the Giant Chile Plant (Raven Tree Press) which will be released next June.

An exceptional painting, point of view and color are perfect. You have such a wonderful way of conveying the emotion in each of your illustrations. This book will be on my must have list! Poor little Paco, he looks scared to death.

Thanks too, for the wonderful views of the LA conference!

Great illustration e!
Is this where he says "you would make a delicious tortilla"? I will definitely get this book when it comes out, first for your beautiful work, and second for that line. :~)
